In overview: The structural basis of the care from the Telemedical Service Center
- At the Vitaphone-ISP, disease-specific electronic case files are maintained.
- These electronic case files were specially developed to care for patients at the Telemedicine Service Centre (TSC).
- The electronic case files consist almost exclusively of structured data fields, so the patients’ values are always entered in a disease-specific way. The electronic case files of the Vitaphone-ISP are provided configured for one or more diseases. A disease may indicate a generic medical indication, for example "chronic cardiac insufficiency”. However, project-specific telemedical care contracts may also be reflected in an indication.
- The electronic case file may represent several care programs for one patient at the same time. A clear distinction is drawn between the indication of basic personal data and the respective data of the care programs.
